At Flowstate we offer a variety of massage, bodywork, and somatic breathwork services to help you create flow and ease in body, mind, and spirit. We recognize that each of these facets are equally important to truly feel and be your best.
Our practitioners are trained in science backed therapeutic massage modalities such as neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. We want you to feel physically well in you body, and we use the most effective modalities to help achieve this goal.
Although the body is an important aspect of the work we do, our services extend beyond the physical into mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Our intuitive practitioners are trained in nervous system regulation modalities to help ease your mind, let go of stress, and return to regulation. When the nervous system is dysregulated it will get stuck in either sympathetic; fight or flight, or dorsal vagal; freeze, shutdown, withdraw, disassociate, or toggle between the two. Stress and trauma are the two main causes of nervous system dysregulation. All of our services are designed to help you return to homeostasis or do take you deeply into parasympathetic; rest and digest mode. We believe that “holding space” is an integral part of the healing experience in any massage, bodywork, or breathwork service. What does it mean to hold space? Our practitioners will hold space for you by taking in what is present through a neutral lens of non judgment. We will listen physically, emotionally, and energetically and respond intuitively to guide your body, mind, and spirit into a state of flow and ease. We are all about creating the most effective treatments possible and have found that healing works best when all aspects of a person are considered and cared for.
